Andrew rejoined the firm in 2017. He previously worked as a law clerk in 2013-2014. Andrew works on a variety of regulatory, reimbursement and litigation matters. He first gained experience with Medicare administrative appeals as a paralegal for a Washington law firm and as an intern at the HHS Departmental Appeals Board. He also worked on health care regulatory issues and fraud and abuse laws as a law clerk for the HHS Office of Counsel to the Inspector General. He previously served as a judicial intern for a judge on the Maryland Court of Appeals and a legislative intern for two United States Senators.
